Where it goes next
There is a recycling station here, alongside the shop. Collecting and sorting is the part we can do ourselves.
What happens to the material after it leaves the island is the part we cannot honestly account for yet. Rather than claim a loop we have not followed to the end, we would rather find the people who know how it actually works.
So if you process, transport or recycle materials on Koh Phangan, or you have simply followed the chain further than we have, we would like to hear from you.
