Recording
The Music Lounge is a working studio. One booking opens the whole room: the console, the vocal chain and every instrument on the gear page. Our crew gets you set up and rolling, and it is settled at the desk.
Rehearsal
A rehearsal room on site, booked by the hour or in blocks. Tell us what you bring and what you need from us: backline, microphones, monitoring, an engineer.
House sound
A house PA with digital mixing at the desk. The equipment page documents the current system; event use is confirmed for each booking or programme item.
Hire stock
A small stock of sound equipment is available for hire: PA sets, monitors and more, listed with what is available. Rates are quoted directly and the team confirms each hire.
Beyond recording
Rooms we can repeat
The same qualities that make a room good to record in make it usable for studying sound: a known space, a playback chain that behaves the same way twice, and control over level, source and timing. That is what lets a listening condition be set up, repeated and compared instead of merely described.
